Location
The Fairlawn Neighbourhood Centre is fully accessible and located at 28 Fairlawn Ave., just west of Yonge St. and approximately six blocks north of Lawrence Ave. The Centre’s Welcome Desk is just inside the west church door entrance. Strollers are left outside the main entrance. By subway, exit at the Lawrence stop, take the Bedford Park Ave. West exit and walk north to Fairlawn Ave. Turn left and enter the Centre through the west door of the church. Tethered dogs must be directly supervised when on church property. Members are requested to refrain from usin scented products or perfumes when attending classes in support of the posted “No Scent Policy”.
Staff
Currently the Centre is staffed on a full-time basis by Director Anne Rawson who is in charge of all program development and operations and Ruth Le Bar who’s directly responsible for volunteer development. Our part-time Supervisors are Sheri McCraw and Michelle Burt. Volunteers operate the Welcome Desk and help out in many other areas of the Centre.
Parking
Only street parking is available. There is also a public lot just east of Yonge Street at Glenforest Avenue. The parking lot to the east of the church is for church use only at ALL TIMES of day. Please do not park there!

Mon. – Thurs. 9:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m. Fri. 9:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m.
Saturdays 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Closed Sundays and other holidays as posted.
Welcome/Reception Desk
Our Welcome/Reception desk provides information on Centre membership, programming and registration. You can pick up a hard copy of our brochure here. Working with neighbourhood partners our volunteers help direct callers to the most appropriate community resources. The Welcome Desk number is 416 488-3446.
Community Bulletin Board
Located in the lower level lobby the Centre offers a bulletin board for the use of all community members.
