Spring Fitness Programs

Body and Soul’ Fitness programs weave the needs of the body and soul into one harmonious whole. The calibre of our instruction is second to none and our program mix offers something for those of all ages. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing, bring a towel, water and, if required, wear non-marking shoes. Here ‘s what our Spring line-up looks like!
