REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
We will accept course and workshop registrations through our front desk up until class commencement time and late regostration if applicable. If you have determined that space is available, you may call us at 416-488-3446 or email us at fnc@bellnet.ca to reserve a spot. You must then register in person within 7 days or the spot will be forfeited. PAYMENTS, CLASS CHANGES AND REFUNDS All payments for course fees must be made by CASH/CHEQUE only (payable to: The Fairlawn Neighbourhood Centre). Cheques returned NSF will be subject to a $15 service charge. If there are insufficient participants registered for a particular class, it may be necessary to delay or cancel that class. If this occurs, you will be advised before the commencement of the class and a full refund will be provided. If an individual requests a refund 7-days prior to the commencement of the program, a credit note less a $15.00 cancellation fee will be issued. No refunds can be made once a program has started unless cancellation is due to a serious medical problem. In this case a cancellation fee will be charged and a credit note issued.. Any class change at a member’s request will be subject to a $10 transfer fee. Registrations confirmed off our waitlist after classes have begun will be prorated accordingly with no service fees. Late Registration: In fitness programs, depending on the program and where space is available, late registration is acceptable within one or two weeks of class commencement. For all other programs a decision is made seven days prior to the commencement of the workshop or course whether sufficient numbers have enrolled in the class. The class will be cancelled at this time if numbers do not warrant running the class. So, please don't wait until the last minute to register! Late registrations will be accepted up to class time where a decision to run the class has already been made and space is available.
