A 12-month membership at The Fairlawn Neighbourhood Centre entitles you to register for all fee-based programs 5-weeks or greater. It also entitles you to a 10% discounted rate for one day/evening workshops. It can be paid prior to registering at any time during the year. There are no geographical restrictions to membership. Even if you can only use the Centre for a short period of time, your individual or family support will help to ensure that this tremendous community resource continues to thrive. Membership applications and program registration materials may be obtained from the Welcome Desk, located just inside the front door of the Centre.

Please note:

1. If your membership expires BEFORE the end of a program or registration period, you must renew your membership before registering for the program.
2. Lost your card? Check your expiry date at the front desk or call (416) 488-3446.
3. Live-in caregivers are eligible for membership under the family registering.
4. Membership is no longer required to attend a workshop; however, members enjoy discounted workshop fees.
5. Membership is not required for Ontario Early Years sponsored programs. However, in order to register for Child Division OEYC programs you must participate in the Lottery Number Draw process which does require a valid membership. You may request a membership refund at the conclusion of the program if the OEYC class is the only program taken.

Family (2+ persons**) $40.00
All those registered in a Centre program (except a workshop) or who attend a drop-in program must have a valid membership in their name.
Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable unless,
we are unable to accommodate the member in a program following registration.
*Membership fees are not eligible for tax receipts.
** Family Category normally includes those members of a family residing in the same household .
