Fall 2010 Registration will take place on the following dates:

Adult Division (Fitness and Education): September 13 at 7 p.m. and ongoing at the Welcome Desk thereafter.

Teen Division: September 13 at 9 a.m. and ongoing at the Welcome Desk thereafter.

Payments, Class Changes and Refunds

All payments for program fees or membership must be made by CASH or CHEQUE only.  Cheques are made payable to The Fairlawn Neighbourhood Centre.  Please note that NSF cheques will be subject to a $15.00 service charge. If FNC cancels a program, participants will receive a full refund.  If an individual wants to cancel out of a program more than seven days prior to the commencement of the program, a refund less a $15.00 cancellation fee will be issued. If an individual wants to cancel out of a program less than seven days, prior to the start of the program, we will issue a credit note, less a $15.00 cancellation fee. No refunds can be made once a program has started unless cancellation is due to a medical problem and these exceptionalities will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.  Transfers from one program to another may be possible, however, there will be a service charge of $10.00 to reflect administrative costs. (Exceptions will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.)

Late Registration and Class Cancellations:

In fitness programs, depending on the program and where space is available, late registration will be acceptted and handled on a case-by-case basis. For all other programs a decision is made seven days prior to the commencement of the workshop or course whether sufficient numbers have enrolled in the class. The class will be cancelled at this time if numbers do not warrant running the class. So, please don't wait until the last minute to register! Late registrations will be accepted up to class time where a decision to run the class has already been made and space is available.
