What's New

Dear Members of The Fairlawn Neighbourhood Centre:

We hereby give you notice that the Annual General Meeting of The Fairlawn Neighbourhood Centre will be held on Tuesday, September 20, 2016.  Business at the meeting will include receiving the reports of the Board of Directors and the financial statements, electing directors, considering two resolutions regarding the future of the organization, and dealing with such other business as may properly come before the meeting.

As you know, after reviewing many options and possibilities to sustain the activities of The Fairlawn Neighbourhood Centre, a difficult decision was made by the Board of Directors to wind up the organization.   In order to fulfill our obligations in winding up the organization, resolutions authorizing these actions must be passed by the membership.

All members are invited to attend

The Annual General Meeting of The Fairlawn Neighbourhood Centre on
Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at 7 p.m.
Fairlawn Avenue United Church
28 Fairlawn Avenue, Toronto, Ontario

All current memberships have been extended until December 31, 2016 to allow members to vote at the Annual General Meeting.

Along with the regular business of the meeting, the Members of The Fairlawn Neighbourhood Centre (the “Corporation”) will be asked to approve the following resolutions:
